What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct-billing, cash, debit, e-transfer and major credit cards.

Can I bring my children to the clinic?

Massage benefits growing pains, anxiety and child health. We offer youth massages for children 6 years to 17 years old. As much as we love children, the clinic is not designed to keep them entertained when they aren’t receiving a treatment. Out of respect for your time and other clients please make arrangements for children 5 and under.

Do you direct bill to insurance providers?

Yes. This is the most common form of payment. If you have insurance, bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. This is the most accurate way to find your plan coverage and get you set up for online submission. Companies will cover a certain dollar or percent amount and a doctor’s note or prescription is sometimes required on file. If you’re unsure what coverage your provider gives for massage therapy, contact your provider directly. For client privacy, we cannot call the provider on your behalf. 

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Yes. Booking ahead ensures you get your preferred time and therapist. Same-day appointments may be available, but we recommend scheduling in advance to avoid disappointment.

What should I expect during my first massage?

Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to understand your needs, medical history, and any areas of concern. You’ll then be given privacy to get comfortable on the table, and the massage will be tailored to your preferences.

What should I wear for my massage?

You may undress to your comfort level. Many clients choose to undress fully, but you are welcome to leave on undergarments if you prefer. You’ll be properly draped at all times, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Can I get a massage if I’m pregnant or have a health condition?

Yes, but please let us know in advance. We can adjust techniques for many health concerns. For certain conditions, we may request a doctor’s note before proceeding to ensure your safety.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
